What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Only orders being shipped within the state of IL are required to pay sales tax.
What does Quick Ship mean?
Quick Ship products are in-stock and have an estimated 2-3 weeks ship time. Keep in mind that on rare occasions quick ship items may be back ordered. If this is the case, we will notify you, with the new estimated ship time.
Where do you deliver? Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver to anywhere in the US. Please contact us directly regarding International shipping and delivery.
What is the lead time on my order?
Lead times vary depending on the product. Items in-stock will ship immediately, while others are made to order and ship from Europe within 4-16 weeks.
What is the delivery fee?
We offer free standard shipping on all of our products.
How will my order be delivered?
UPS standard ground service delivers most products. Some larger products will be delivered UPS freight. If your product is coming UPS freight, you will be notified to schedule a delivery time convenient for you.
Will my order come assembled?
Most of our products come pre-assembled, some products, such as light fixtures, may require some assembly.
How can I check on my order status?

What if my order arrives damaged?
If by the unlikely chance your order arrives damaged, please notify customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org they will be able to properly address any issue with damaged merchandise.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved in advance by Mobili Möbel. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please e-mail us at email@example.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We will then reply back with your RMA #, which you will need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.
