WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved in advance by Mobili Möbel. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We will then reply back with your RMA #, which you will need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Mobili Möbel will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or e-mailing to check on the status of your return.
Internet returns may also be made in person to Mobili Möbel within 14 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.

HOW CAN I BUY SOMETHING IF I DON'T WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We can take your order in a variety of ways. You can telephone us with your credit card details, at 312 337-3444, or you can e-mail us at email@example.com.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
After you click "Place Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please call us at 312 337-3444 as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order. Once an order is being packed at our distribution center, we are no longer able to modify your order.
